This was one of the few times I have purchased a vehicle from a business. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I am a single woman who was in desperate need of a good car and a fair deal..... I got a great car and an amazing deal. Price was as expected but why in the world does an oil change and 60,000 routine maintenance take 2.5 hours to complete? I have been to Centennial Toyota for the exact same thing on current and prior vehicles and at most it took 1.5 hours. Can't say I'm coming back to this dealership again. Maybe you should consider not overbooking? My time is valuable too.
Price gouging is apparent at all dealerships, Toyota Autonation included! Tire sensor defection replacement $350. Discount Tire $60. You do the math...
