Service department sucks!! I will never come back here. Made an appointment for an oil change at 10am, was here 10 minutes early. It’s now 11:43 and I’m still here! Fuck this! Car care and Toyota service can kiss my ass ���

Michelle takes care of checking me in and does a great job but the Service Manager at this dealership is the reason I am giving this service department 5 stars.
