Outstanding service. I love this place. Everyone is friendly. just got my 30k service done. Paul in service is amazing. He communicates with you the whole time, explains what is going to happen, how long it should take and how much it will be before they get started. they're fast, efficient and do good quality work. this is one of the reasons I have become a "Ford person".
I had a great experience with my service advisor Joe. He was great about keeping me updated about my Edge and was very helpful when it came to dealing with my warranty. I would highly recommend!
AMAZING!!!!!! I was working with another dealership to get the new 2020 Ford Explorer platinum edition for over 2 months. I called to see what this dealership was able to do and in less than 2 days, I had my car. Matt, Travis and Josh worked together and Matt traveled 7 hours back and forth to get my car the following day. I’ve never seen such dedication in my life. Thank you so much for the hard work because I now own the best car out there!!! I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat.
