I purchased a Ford Raptor through AutoNation Bellevue, the salesperson was great. The Finance guy is a total Flake, once I left the doors he has been zero help. Over 50 phone calls, never answer or returned calls. They Financed me through BECU which I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy! Talked me into gap that was twice the price yet same coverage of my credit union and now making it almost impossible to get my refund on it because nobody involved with finance will return phone calls! RecommendedFriendly and Honest Sales team. They went the extra mile to get our paper work through on a new Ford Transit Connect Wagon. Other dealerships wouldn't work with the banks, but I appreciated the whole staff working to get our family into our next vehicle. 🤙🏼
Even in these trying times, they go the extra mile to make sure that same excellent service is available. I had a strange problem with my Explorer Sport and they were able to quickly determine and correct the issue, explained everything they did to get me back on the road in short order. they even apologized for not being able to return the vehicle washed and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. was upset when I entered the service area not one person greeted me. had to look at someone that was just chatting with other coworkers, for help. He found who I was suppose to be with and shouted to them and said I was here. I was told it was going to take a couple of hours so I walked to the post office when I was there I got a call that it was done he was nice on the phone told me no hurry. Predatory practices, con artists and overall dishonest company
Obtained service during the COVID-19 crisis after developing confidence in the wisdom of visiting. Good evidence of healthy practices being used. I stayed in the visitor area after checking my car in. Highly attentive service team provided careful, detailed review of work items and costs. Work was complete faster than anticipated. Price was fair. I'm happy to have a Ford in significant part because i can get it serviced here.
Moved from another local Ford dealership to these guys and found them exponentially better in terms of friendliness, knowledge, care of my vehicle, and cost. They went above and beyond to help me and understand the problems I've had with the other dealer. Thank you Autonation Ford Bellevue!
