I recently moved to Seattle and no longer had a need for my 2017 F150. I sold it to this dealership and wrote a check for $7k for them to take it over and payoff my loan. Two weeks later, my truck is for sale on their lot ($4500 higher), my check has been cashed, my loan is not paid off and nobody was returning my phone calls. The GM, Josh Marshalek finally called me back and was dismissive and treated me as though I was being unreasonable. I walked into Ford Bellevue knowing what I wanted, but with a bad taste from buying my last car. The sales team was in incredibly thorough, very kind, and not your everyday pushy salesman. Finance was easy to work with a very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this team to my family and friends.
Friendly staff at intake and always willing to listen. Unfortunately for us our 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid had a pretty spendy repair it needed and at 13 years and almost 250k miles we decided to just change the oil, rotate the tires and take it home because we felt it was probably time to get a new car.
