The car was what we expected. Putting the sale together went smoothly.The sales persons were nice and friendly.
I bought 2 cars there, but won't do it again. First reason is that i found out about other Ford dealer with better deals, got a new car there. Second, autonation showed very little concern or attention to my needs. (1) they are not willing to cancel the long term warranty they sell with cars, which is something they must do, but even the general manager is unable to help... or they simply just dont reimburse customers, which is bad. Brian handles my car's needs with honesty and clarity. Best service department I have dealt with.
Service shuttle guy is the rudest and mean. He was 30 minut s late and then went and made coffee for himself. He saw we were frustrated and told us we were welcome to call Uber. So unprofessional and rude. I will never take my car to this dealership again
Update note: The Service Manager contacted me to learn more about the issues I had. I applaud Autonation for following up with customers. Service took way longer than expected, and something else got broken on my car during the repair work... so I ended up paying almost $1000 when I originally planned on $50 worth of repairs. Part of the repair work was replacing a tire that was showing low pressure, but I have the car back and still have the problem.
After the sale it took for every to get parts. The extended warranty purchased was never issued, I guess and no one would return calls. This place sucks beyond the initial sale, I guess it’s your standard tail light guarantee. When they can’t see your tails likes any more than it’s gone.
