The service manager, Brian, was on-point and the other staff with whom I interacted were very pleasant and helpful.
Service department does great work but they really should allow people to reserve a loaner for their appointment. Twice I was given the impression that they had set aside a loaner for me but both times I found out they had all been given away. I was then told they aren't allowed to reserve them. My service advisor felt bad and apologized but it was very inconvenient to wait over 90 minutes while my husband drove in rush hour traffic to pick up our daughter from school and then come back to get me. Bought my new Ford F-150 Lariat here! Very happy with the truck and got it at a great price, as advertised on their website. I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in too. There was a small issue a month after I bought the truck, I brought it to Jeremy's attention and the issue was fixed that same day. So far so good. I purchased a Transit Wagon XLT last week. First new car purchase. We chose to extend the warranty. Sales staff was excellent. Simon Yakovenko was very helpful. Sorry Simon, no 5 stars for you but I am a very tough grader and I almost never give a 5 star rating for anything. We'll see how the car and the service stack up. Best of all, neither Margaret or I felt pressured to buy or upgrade beyond what I would consider a reasonable level of salesmanship.
