Chris Rollman assisted us in the purchase of our new vehicle. I appreciated the one price policy that Autonation Ford has. Eliminated the hours of going back and forth playing dealer games, making you sit in a room/cubicle/desk for hours while they make you "best price deal." Chris was very professional. The whole team did a good job on the purchase of my vehicle. I needed to have them deliver it to North Bend, which they were happy to do. As much as I tried, they wouldn't come down on their price! When they say, 'no haggle' they mean it. The truck was a good value tho and so far, no issues. Nice folks to work with....I'd recommend to friends.
UPDATE: As you can see, after I posted my review, the dealership almost immediately responded - inviting me to please contact their General Manager, David Dean, so they could rectify the situation. I called 3 times and left a message - no response. So I filed a claim with the Attorney General's Office, who accepted my claim and contacted the dealership.
