Wow. All around bad. From start to finish, it was almost comical how unorganized and unprofessional this places seemed so shame in me for not trusting my gut. We found a truck we loved online, for a great price, low miles and a ton of options. I bought a 09 Acura TL there. It is a great car with minor scratches. I really don't like the way the manager talked to me. I think he judged me because I am a student. Chris is a good salesman and provided great service. Other than that, they are I do not recommend you to purchase vehicle there.
I bought a 2006 Silver Mercury Mariner on August 1, 2015. Sales Associates was Jeremy Shuman. Sorry for not leaving a review with the recommended places for a review. We bought a car in July and the tags still haven't arrived and my temp tags expire tomorrow (Sept 10). My husband has called and called and each time he's been told they were being worked on our that they were in the mail. Friday he spoke with someone who promised them here by Monday(Sept 8) via FedEx. Still no tags. Today he called 5 times and not once did anyone help him or return his calls. This is a HUGE issue that needs to be addressed. What's the point of spending 20k on a car that can't be driven? Fix it AutoNation.
