Over priced cars. Had problems with a maintenance contract and no one has called me back after a month. They cancelled my sons contract and sent me the money. All I wanted was my oil changes cancelled. They are all about the money.

BUYER BEWARE: Unscrupulous practices. Thank goodness for the three day money back guarantee and having an outside mechanic go through the 2010 Escape. Auto Nation erased the history on the computer! Oil leak, check engine light erased, dangerously worn rack&pinion. Who knows if this car would have ever passed emissions. Save yourself all the time I wasted and shop elsewhere.
I recently bought a certified pre-owned Ford Fusion from Autonation Ford Bellevue, and I have rarely experienced customer service on this level. This was not my first car purchase, but undoubtedly the best I've been treated when buying a car. Nick and the sales staff went above and beyond for me, and continue to do so. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used car!
