I found a 2011 Buick LeCrosse at AutoNation Ford on AutoTrader. We live between Portland and the coast so we drove over 3 hours and stayed overnight to get this car. It was as represented. However, it took 5 1/2 hours to complete the deal as they had to get their "appraisal team" to give a value to our 2000 Lincoln Town Car. Josh at AutoNation was very professional and helpful. We had an AC issue that our normal mechanic (who is also very good) couldn't solve, and AutoNation got it fixed fast. Their operation seems first-rate.

Our salesman Paul was very polite, respectful, & very professional, I love my new truck, I’m very satisfied and pleased. Overall the experience was really nice, and I saved $8,000 on KBB for my truck, but their financing is horrible. Don’t waste your time, I was quoted a rate MORE THAN TWICE what my local credit union was able to approve me for. Super nice vehicle, OK customer service, just get your financing somewhere else.
I love my BMW and i will definitely deal with autonation again.
We just replaced our Ford Explorer with a new Explorer and Tim was fantastic to work with. We knew what we wanted and to make it quick. We were in and out of there in two hours, kudos for leaving the negotiating and the typical car dealer stuff out of this process. The only thing that is needed now is loaner cars for the service department. Its unlikely I'll be able to get service done here without them.
