Had an oil change and a air bag replacement (Air Bag Recall). As I was making the drive home none of my ventilation / fans were working. Was already on 405 North and had to make my way back down to Bellevue during rush hour just to get this fixed. When I called in, a lady actually said "oh you can just bring it back in the morning" wow! turns out their technician forgot to plug everything back in. Well we did a thing! We are finally a two car family! A huge shout out to Ulysses F. for showing us this amazing car that we never saw ourselves buying but it was a perfect match plus it was in our budget! You are very friendly and personable, you made buying a car feel easy! Another shout out to Chase in financing for finding us a great APR% and locking in great deal with a warranty to make us feel comfortable when buying a car.

I am very pleased with Matt Stockton's service and help he provided with the purchase of our new Escape.
I scheduled with them to have a recall performed on my car. Soon after the service was completed, the next day the engine light came on. I took it to their to have it diagnosed and they said if the problem is not related to the recall they would charge me for the diagnostic. Indeed they said they problem is not related to the recall and they charged me full price on that when the car was doing fine before they fixed the recall issue. I have had two vehicles serviced at Auto Nation Ford Bellevue. Always easy to get a convenient appointment, service techs are friendly and helpful (esp. Paul Hinzpeter) and great care and service is APlus!
