Had a recall on my vehicle. The parts replaced were not detailed in the notice I received for some reason, merely the potential of what would happen if not addressed. I was frustrated with this because the communication between the person who called about the appointment and what I was told when the true problem was found were not the same. Brandon Anderson is a newer salesperson at AutoNation that comes from a customer service background. It shows. Making a large purchase can be very stressful, Brandon’s workers attitude and positive energy made everything super nice. Brandon also found the perfect truck for us. I said only black. But I absolutely love my white truck.
