Had a complicated repair during a hard time and they took the time to work with me and do the right thing. I grew up in the car industry and can say these are some of the kindest and most honorable people in the businesses I have found. Def recommend.

Took my car in for a misfiring cylinder error. Was told it was bad spark plug and charged 300 dollars. The mechanic said the issue was fixed. When I got home and took the key out of the ignition I realized my brand new key was broken. I called to report it but 30 hours later didnt get a call back. And now my engine light is back on and the car is not performing normally. So I'm out about 400 bucks or so and haven't heard back from the dealership. Ford should end their franchise with auto nation. Very unorganized and dishonest. Not all people using face covers as required in Washington state. Appointment was at 10:15 in morning. 25,000 mile service. Checked three minor things. Didn’t start main service until next day. Did not call me with price to fix three extra items. Starting to call for service appointment at 8 in morning days before. Called 8 times thru day. Got to person at 4:45 to make appointment. I have owned several fords thru the years.
