Wonderful process and very helpful sales staff.
I had a very good experience every time. I always go here. I got an alignment done this time and it was 100% perfect last time they messed up a little bit but they fixed it when I told them and the representatives at the desk are always good listeners and good at informing the customer of what needs to be done and what is being done I highly recommend this place to go get your car done.
I recently purchased a Ford Certified vehicle (Ford F—150) at AutoNation Ford in Bellevue. The experience was outstanding and my wife and I felt very comfortable choosing from the available inventory that our Fleet Manager Matthew Stockton offered us. if yo are in a hurry for your service I'm not so sure. I had to call and find out if my was even ready after 6 hours!
Let's face it, we're all worried about public health and safety right now, and going to the dealer for service is no exception. I could not have been more impressed with the measures AutoNation Ford Bellevue put in place to ensure; my safety, the dealership employees' safety, and the safety of all the customers. They had all of the correct PPP and sanitizers, and they were thoughtful about using the full showroom and service waiting area to allow social distance. Horribly disorganized.Had two vehicles that were "sold from underneath the salesman " prior to our appointment, which caused a scramble and debate on getting a comparable car. Had already filled out the Ford Motor credit application online, and then had to do a second one for a credit union because the applications couldn't be joined. The finance manager moved us out very quickly though. I assumed that a dealership in Bellevue would have the process more dialed in.
