DANGER! SCAM ALERT!! The service center cheated me of $800 for a 30,000 mile service where they flushed engine coolant, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluids that in the owners manual say should be done after 100,000 miles.
RecommendedFriendly, efficient staff and a clean comfortable waiting area in service department. Arrived for recall service and was processed right away. They also informed me of an addition update available that I was not aware of. They quoted me a two hour wait, but had me on my way in just under an hour.
RecommendedWe purchased a used 2016 Ford Edge. The purchase price was fair but they also added a few things that made the deal great. They added 4 new tires, front and rear alignment, new battery and painted the rims. The car was like new. After a month the check engine light came on. They fixed the issue quickly and for free. Our salesman Tim was awesome and very easy to work with. I highly recommend going to AutoNation Ford of Bellevue for used or new car purchases.
