I bought a used vehicle that had some cosmetic issues in two place , one of which was in definite need of being fixed. I was promised that both issues would be fixed. I got two quotes from where I live, both seemed extremely high. I sent these quotes to the salesman that had sold me the vehicle plus pictures of the two issues needing fixed. Very incompetent. I had a scheduled Oil change with an oil change package I bought through Ford, and the service rep completely ignored it and tried to offer me over $1,000 in services I did not need. After about 15 minutes of him staring at his computer not talking he had to call for help just to be told it’s a plain oil change package with just an oil change and tire rotation. 20K miles for my for Escape was fast and i had coupon so cheaper that it can be.
By far the best customer service experience I’ve encountered! Buying a car can be intimidating but these guys made me feel at ease and exceeded every expectation! Tim Stakkestad and the entire staff should be commended and rewarded for their outstanding efforts!

I can only speak to the service department at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. What I can say about the department is that they are lucky to have Paul Hinzpeter on their staff. He is the only service contact I work with and he treats me like family. Always communicates clearly and helps me understand what needs to happen with my truck. Paul always finds a way to work around my schedule. Highly recommend Paul for his hard work, kindness, and attention to detail.
