RecommendedMy husband went down to look at a used Cadillac S UV. He called me and said it was a great deal and that we should buy it. We did. First time I serviced my truck at this dealership. My service advisor Paul was great. He was easy to get ahold of and very clear in the description of needed work to be done. When I went to pick up my truck from the service it barely ran had to turn around and go back. It was late and I had to leave the truck over night. Paul immediately got me a loner car and early the next morning called me and told me what had happen. Good overall experience Dan

Excellent experience here when I just bought my 2015 Equinox, with very low mileage. Matthew Stockton's follow up was right on, and the car was immaculate when I drove it and bought it. Plus, the price dropped down another $510 right before I went in to see it. I got a good price. I'd shop here again.
DON'T not buy from this dealership. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I bought a car 2 month ago and had some things to fix. I guess I was their customer just before I signed documents. They don't care about you. I am so mad!!
Terrible service. I had the money ready to purchase a vehicle and still the process took weeks jumping through countless unnecessary hoops to get through. The only person who has capable of doing anything was the GM and even he would take three or four calls before he would get back to me.
I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Bellevue they were so helpful when our car died over the weekend. They helped talk us through what to do, how to get it to the service dept, and when it was undrivable gave us time to figure out our next steps. Then when we decided to purchase a use car they were prompt and fast with the process. With young kids I appreciate it when people respect my time. I highly recommend them!
The entire sales experience was fantastic and they are easy to do business with. Highly recommend Tim (sales representative) at the Bellevue location.
