Dealership called me pretty quick. We went back and forth on it but couldn't get to the price I wanted. All-in-all a pretty good dealership to deal with I'd definitely deal with them again.

Went to this Dealer, was preapproved, test drove one charger, and decided on another, we were allowed to test drive the other as well which is the car we purchased. Purchased the car with price as advertised, with a better rate than what I was approved for. I purchased through Chrysler Capital, rather than the lenders I was preapproved with, it was a smooth experience and Kim wasnt pushy at all, she had great customer service and was very patient with my husband as he is very picky. I am so glad I did not end up buying a vehicle from this dealership. I went in to look at a 2020 Jeep, and I met with Kim. She kept asking personal questions and made me feel pressured to make a decision then and there. I was only there to test drive the car, and as soon as I arrived, she was prepared with paperwork for me to sign. I was also not allowed to test drive the car alone, which I thought was very odd, as I have been able to test drive alone at other dealerships. Would not let me test drive the car alone without filling out a credit application. Did not make sense as I have shown proof that I was preapproved with Capital One. Also had good reason for social distancing as my wife is a cancer treatment patient but that did not seem to matter to them.

Boiler room dealership. I stopped by with pre-approval from 2 banks and tested drove a car in the lot. I was unimpressed with the car and inquired about transferring an out-of-state vehicle. After several discussions with the sales person, he disappeared and was replaced by his manager "Jesse". There was a slight miscommunication and misunderstanding on the credit check. Adam responded quickly and consistently and was a great help along with Nick. They walked me through the entire process and were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time buying a brand new car and they madte sure I understood things at every step. I'd definitely recommend them to others
