We live outside of Springfield, so we bought the truck basically on the videos and the information supplied to us from the sales people at lums they drove the vehicle to us. It was a smooth process.
Staff was awesome. I felt I got a good deal on the truck.

The dealer sold the vehicle that we were in the process of buying to someone else.
Bryan was straight forward on all aspects of the trade in and sales process. He was accommodating on everything.
Dealership was a very big help. Salesmen Nic was a very great help.
These guys wanted me to pay $1000 extra for the vehicle because I wasn’t a veteran. Literally, a line item for $1000 added to the total for non-veterans. And a separate line item for an additional $1000 because I’m also not a first responder. Rather than presenting these line items as a discount, for people who qualify, they are shown as an upcharge to everyone else. Ridiculous and probably illegal as it felt discriminatory.

Vehicle has been advertised with not picture for two weeks. Dealer Website shows a stock picture. I asked for pictures of the vehicle before I schedule time to see it. I had to repeatedly explain the vehicle that I was interested in. I was eventully told that it is in the shop. I asked for pictures of it in the shop. No one is able to do this. Makes me leery of the vehicle and staff.

Called the dealer before showing up and glad i did. Price on website was not the actual, after asking for the actual price i was told there was an $3500 add on top of the advertised price plus tt&l and prep fees. This dealer is insane charging people bogus charges.
