Rude and unprofessional used car sales manager I asked about the dealer processing fee and the manager Adam Seidel came over and extended his hand and said I just want to thank you for stopping by and stood there waiting for us to leave.
Great priced Jeeps. I took too long to take a test drive and the vehicle was sold. They were courteous to let me know that the vehicle was sold. Would recommend this dealer.
Made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and were left unattended for 30 minutes while someone went out to look for the car. We inquired about the long wait and were given no information or apology for the delay nor did anyone get to check on the status. The associate finally came back in and informed us the car was dead. I’ve never encountered a car dealership who put in such little effort to make a sale. Poor customer service and I will not give them my business.
