Went to the dealer and was told it was a new car! When I got there the dealer said it had 202 miles. I drove 30 miles for nothing

The sales person never showed us the truck....it was 100 degrees outside, and pointed to an area on the lot for my husband to go & check it out he never stepped a foot outside.

It’s very simple! Customer service is just garbage! Salesman:(KEVIN MAHER) I drove 2hrs away. I explained my situation over the phone. Guy says no worries your good still come on in!. I said can we do a credit check 1st? Dealer says we have to do it in person so I’m like ok. (After I told him my credit was terrible over the phone). I get to the dealership.
