The sales person never showed us the truck....it was 100 degrees outside, and pointed to an area on the lot for my husband to go & check it out he never stepped a foot outside.

It’s very simple! Customer service is just garbage! Salesman:(KEVIN MAHER) I drove 2hrs away. I explained my situation over the phone. Guy says no worries your good still come on in!. I said can we do a credit check 1st? Dealer says we have to do it in person so I’m like ok. (After I told him my credit was terrible over the phone). I get to the dealership. I have a pre-approval check from my bank. I called and asked this dealer if they could work with the amount. They said yes but they can’t talk numbers over the phone. To come in. I live three hours away. I make the trip and wasted an hour there just for them to tell me they don’t adjust prices. They would get a zero star if I could.

This dealership is not ethical and cheat. They advertised low price on their website as no haggling price then when you goes to the store they add all kinds of dealer add one to the car which bumps up the price. They also lies to me that the car key is not found for the one I am looking for, so they can stuck you in the dealership to bid with others for a higher selling price. Not recommended at all this dealership, just a group of liers do not waste your time.

Car buying experience was fine but we had to nix the deal. There was a misunderstanding about how the vehicle was equipped. I found a perfect vehicle at another dealership.
They do not negotiate prices and were very quick to response via email. When I called over the phone to inquire more information, i was put on hold for 17 mins.

My experience with this dealership was horrible. The staff tried to get me to place a $3,000 deposit when AutoNation obviously has a free online reservation system. The vehicle has a number of visible defects, and internal defects that I learned about after a prepurchase inspection. The inspection revealed two prior accidents. The diagnostic of the electronics revealed that the air bags might not deploy, and a body control module problem that left one of the heated seats and auto up/down window functions not working.
