The transaction was smooth and quick. Natalie, who walked me through the buying process, was outstanding. She went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
Even though I didn't get a car from them, they were very friendly and always stayed in touch
They were very consistent about getting in touch with me.
I was contacted, but they wouldn't even honor their own advertised deal showing on their own web page. The only explanation I was give was that the advertised deal was on selected trucks only, but would not offer any info on what trucks those were. Sales manager even followed up with me to ask how my conversation with the salesman had gone, I explained that it appeared they were running a bait and switch program, and of course they ceased contact with me after I had pointed it out to them. I have no complaints. Salesman was easy to work with truck was as they described. No hidden costs or fees. It was missing all 4 center caps. Which they told me they would mail me so I bought the truck and I did receive them in the mail. Would buy from them again.
