Boiler room dealership. I stopped by with pre-approval from 2 banks and tested drove a car in the lot. I was unimpressed with the car and inquired about transferring an out-of-state vehicle. After several discussions with the sales person, he disappeared and was replaced by his manager "Jesse". There was a slight miscommunication and misunderstanding on the credit check. Adam responded quickly and consistently and was a great help along with Nick. They walked me through the entire process and were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time buying a brand new car and they madte sure I understood things at every step. I'd definitely recommend them to others

All that I had asked is for them to give me time to do some research on value and pricing. I asked that they do not try to " sell me" on their pricing before I had that chance. Sounds reasonable. Right? . I wanted to look at some research material that would tell me whether their pricing was considered fair or not. Rather than honoring my wishes not to be bothered , they decided to try to justify their pricing even though I had not finished my research. Turns out my research shows that it was a decent price. Bought the truck out right. Still took 3 plus hours to leave dealership. Not enough employees fir the size of dealership. Slowwwww to get you taken care of. Will not respond back after purchase of the truck concerning the title. Not the best time for us

I bought the vehicle 2/25 i have yet to even get a copy of anything I signed or a copy of the contract I made with the dealer. Told me it would be sent threw email I was okay with it. Yet I haven’t receive anything. Today’s 3/18. I’m just looking to pay my truck off so I don’t have to deal AutoNation anymore.
