I drove an hour to look at the vehicle after talking to the manager. Only to find that the car wasn’t there. The place looked to be deficient class. The other reviews are correct. I wish I would have listened to them, instead of wasting my time. It was poorly managed and lacking in customer service. Take from my experience and don't even waste your time or energy you will leave frustrated and dissatisfied.
awsome experience with a sales person assigned to me, but the car of interest was sold before I even got to see it.
The mileage originally listed for this car was over 70,000 miles under what it actually was causing it to appear as a “Great Deal” when in fact it wasn’t.

The truck that they tried to sell us on this site was not the same truck we saw in person and we drove 2 hours to get it and when we got there the engine didn’t run right the check engine light was on the radio it showed on the pictures was actually ripped out of the truck and it didn’t look the same on the inside as it did in the pictures.

Worst dealership I ever stepped into. Torn seats, stinking place and unresponsive staff. Vehicle was not even cleaned and ready for display. Have to go locate it myself.
Terrible experience. The used car department looks like a cesspool and the staff thinks everyone who walks through their doors is a low credit customer. I came in with a pre-approval from my credit union. Also, they don't accept drafting instructions which is crazy since this is a big dealership. Again, the place looks like trash. It looks like all the furniture was picked up from someone's curb and the bathrooms are unkept and nasty. The toilet seat isn't attached to the toilet! Now let's talk numbers. Started my paperwork and they still sold it before I can get there. I understand business is business but I didn’t like their costumer service skills especially since they knew I was driving 400 miles plus for that vehicle.

Dealership itself was a little old and rusty but my salesman David and finance guy Brent were AWESOME to work with!!!
