Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. All personal that I had contact with at the dealership were excellent.
The worst car buying experience ever. Lack of communication or nonexistent, very rude and dishonest manager, Anthony. We wasted 3 days with the runaround from them. It’s too long to explain here, but you can find a car anywhere. My advice would be save yourself some time and stress by finding your next car at another dealership. Or at least avoid this specific manager. He even covered his tracks by telling his immediate manager that I was upset because I didn’t like the way Autonation accepted payments. Worst experience, covered up the damages to the car, very rude, left 3 times for 10 minutes each, and weren’t willing to drop the price after pointing out the damage and also said they’d fix the damage and not replace the bumper even though the bumber has a hole on both sides and is broken under the right headlight. I had an appointment setup to test drive the advertised pacifica hybrid. When i arrived, i had to call them to guide me to their used vehicle building which was a hassle. Then i had to call again for the sales person to get me through the test process. He took my DL and kept me waiting for 25 mins. I went to the reception to ask for him. The guy there gave me a wired look as if he was disturbed. After a while the sales person came back with a lame excuse that they couldn't find the key for that vehicle. It was posted at one price Once I got there with the money at hand of the price they had told me they changed the price 4000 dollars more and told me headquarter changed the price on the salesman and he did not know until we got there he said if we did not want it at the new price somebody else would buy it.it’s not about the price it’s about the principle behind it you want transparency when you buy a vehicle
