This experience was terrible. I reserved the QX80 online to see it this past Wednesday. I called them on Monday and told them I might possibly be there on Tuesday. I drove 146 miles on Tuesday to see the car only to get a call when I was 10 miles from the dealership that they sold it the night before. I went to Autonation any way to voice my concern. I was told the reservation only means that the vehicle is taken offline so it won’t be seen on the internet. The vehicle is still available for sale to walk ups. I told them ... read more

Could not answer questions on phone than when I made the 43 minute drive I was giving a different price than internet listed. Since I needed a appraisal on my car and they were busy I was asked could I come back tomorrow.
