This experience was terrible. I reserved the QX80 online to see it this past Wednesday. I called them on Monday and told them I might possibly be there on Tuesday. I drove 146 miles on Tuesday to see the car only to get a call when I was 10 miles from the dealership that they sold it the night before. I went to Autonation any way to voice my concern. Could not answer questions on phone than when I made the 43 minute drive I was giving a different price than internet listed. Since I needed a appraisal on my car and they were busy I was asked could I come back tomorrow.

I went to this dealership on Saturday. I knew my credit wasn't the greatest. But they said they could help. So I drove an hour to them. I get there and we filled an application. They came back and said I have 3 options put a few thousand down add another co sign or have my trade get repossessed. That's kinda insulting and wrong to tell a customer to let their vehicle go. I just walked out. I felt insulted. I think they only care about making as much as possible. No such thing as selling.
