Very very disappointed with the experience with this dealer today. After back and force email discussions with Jonathan Lopez, we have agreed on the vehicle availability and price, and set an appointment for a test drive. I arrived at the dealership on time, drove the car, and ready to purchase. They sent to me a invoice which is $2000 than what we have discussed in the email, and they are not willing to negotiate. Totally waste my time! Won't go again!

This has not been a good experience overall. It started out fine but I am still waiting on them to allow me to do a pre-purchase inspection one week later. This experience is the epitome of having a tooth pulled with no pain medication. They have a portion of my money and have not communicated properly.

They were wonderful. Quick responses, easy going and not pushy; but mainly, they called me back when they said they were going to and I didn’t have to wait days for a response to anything. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

Multiple people kept emailing me what car I'm interested in and even got a call from this lady telling me the car is available and if I had any other questions about the car. Asked her to send me pics through the phone number she called me in and did the same to multiple staff that kept emailing me. Never got an email, a text, or a call back of the car until I followed up five days later and they told me the car is sold. They had no idea where the vehicle was on their lot. The salesman started out friendly and professional because he got my interest in another vehicle but as usual the T.O. system with the usual “if I could would you” bull was interjected by the Sales Manager or the Finance Manager.The individual never introduced himself!!

Spoke with sales lady. Told her I want truck and would be paying cash on Tuesday. Truck was sold on Saturday. Very disappointed. Tried reaching out to her no response.
