Never got back to me after the second email, and never told me the car sold.
Brooklyn Chrysler ,Jeep was very professional, considerate, understanding, and patient. Worked hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a excellent price. It was the best experience I have ever had working with any dealership.

The dealership is nice. They are willing to work with you to get you in a car. This car is well built and fun to drive but up close doesn't fit my personality.

Went to dealership on Thursday put a down payment on a car but did not leave with it. Was told to come back Monday to finish all the numbers and paperwork. Show up Monday the initial seller isn’t even there and we get told to wait for a manager. After an hour of sitting there waiting we get told that the car is no longer for sale. Some bozo comes over and couldn’t give a valid explanation on what happened. This place sucks!!!

Initially nice folks, however when it came time to discuss details on the purchase it all went downhill. The salesman did not know the rate of the loan that I got approved for and he and his finance manger were hesitant to disclose it. Additionally, they added about $3,000 worth of add ons that were not presented as options but rather requirements.
