made an appointment 6hrs in advance. spent 45 minutes here , left standing in the doorway with no offer of a chair or bottle of water while they went to find the vehicle. ended up leaving without anyone even noticing or calling back, never did see the vehicle. Showroom is small, Dark and dirty, not what you would expect from a major dealer franchise.
bought the vehicle I was looking for and sales lady was more than helpful recommend charmain to work with. financial guys not that great, not pleasant to do business with.
Unable to come to agreement on price of vehicle. This is a 2 year old vehicle, previously titled and they were asking almost as much for a brand new, with no mileage, 2017 model.

Went in for a scheduled appointment to test drive a GMC Acadia - the one they brought me was pretty subpar, so I was disappointed. However, Tommy Scott (my sales guy) listened, REALLY listened to what I was looking for (a bigger SUV with a third row bench, captains chairs, more room, leather, and some nice updates), and asked what I was currently driving (a Hyundai Tucson).
