What a great place to buy a car, I highly recommend this dealership. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I can honestly tell you it went smoothly and Austin ,Dominic and Lawrence,(all areas of the sale)they were very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle ! I would tell anyone looking for a vehicle give Austin a call and let him help you find a deal

they sold me a vehicle that overheated 2 hours after driving off the lot , they also sold me a cancellation policy they are refusing to honor and not returning my down payment ? DO NOT BUY A Vehicle from shaver !
I scheduled a day to see the car and the sales consultant was not there. I get a call from another sales consultant and tells me to ask for him instead when I arrive, so they knew I was still arriving. I drove two hours to see the car. It took them 15 mins to bring out the car because apparently it had a nail in the tire so they drove it to get it fixed ?? It didn’t make sense at all. While the salesman and finance manager were both courteous and professional during my visit, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding the vehicle I came to test drive. The listing on the dealership’s website showed the car with only 16 miles, but when I arrived, I learned it was actually a service loaner with over 3,000 miles on it. Way too expensive and over priced on 24 model. 3rd party estimates of fair value also agree. Also had the dreaded "dealer additions" they try to force you to buy. Not a great experience when you want a spec they have, and just want to pay market for it.
The guy I spoke with was very adamant about me coming into the dealership when I told him as a busy mom of 2 I didn’t really have the time to. He refused to give me any pricing on the truck I wanted so I purchased my 2025 Dodge Durango elsewhere. Wanted to do business with them but they did not want to do business with me before coming in.
