Absolute crap experience. Plus they ran my credit and assured me it would not be a hard hit. Well multiple banks later hard inquiring my credit dropped 15pnts. Lie to me once shame on you and double foxtrot unicorn charlie kilo you for messing my good credit.

Emailed generic info, claimed to have specific vehicle I asked about but deflected advanced inquiries with other options of other vehicles outside the parameters I specified. Wasted my time.

Sometimes, misunderstandings happen, the following is my original post in quotation marks: "After several days of back and forth email including out the door pricing on a specific vehicle, I was asked when could I come in and do the paperwork.
