very good they were honest about the car having mechanical issues and would not sell to me.
on 7/3/15 dealership call and verified that we would meet on the 4th of July, called that morning on the 4th to verify that 4 people were coming (about 50 miles) to look at a car listed. Got there and auto was not at that location but at a CLOSED dealer location about 30+ mile away--- We discussed a specific auto and they knew what auto I was coming to see with granddaughter, wife & son to possibly purchase the auto. Needless to say we were not happy and will not do business with them again.
They used a bait car and lied and told us it was available to test drive. We drove over an hour to find out it was supposedly sold two days before.
This is not a place that can be trusted at all. They use bait cars to lure you in. I was looking at a 2011 challenger came out test drive the car everything was going smooth. As soon as the financing was approved they tried to convince me to get in to a 2015 or 2014. I declined. So the next day I came out to make sure the car had not been sold. It was still there. Dealer was very professional in following up me.
Drove 6 hrs to find out price Was only with financing through Chrysler and final price Given did not include ttl like asked and communicated. Dealer would not do anything for error even after show text message confining price with ttl
All were very helpful. Great customer service!
Brano was very helpful and professional. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The car is very nice and drives very well.
