Could be so much better. Hotel is rundown, door lock pass key mechanism works randomly. One of my guests locked out right after I showed them how bad my door was. Breakfast is below simple with greasy sausages and processed liquidy scrambled eggs. Airport shuttle works on their schedule, not what is posted. Lounge smells similar to car engine oil? We had to leave.

Dear John, Thank you for your feedback. We will check the key maker and your assigned room for any issues. Our shuttle runs back and forth from the airport with a dedicated driver 24 hours a day. Deviations from the schedule are based solely on courtesy to any guest who requests the driver wait a few extra minutes at our pickup location. We have not had other reports of odor in our lounge but will look into it.
Expensive for what you pay for can't turn the heat on in the rooms not worth the money

We were there for a convention.( and will make the best no matter where we are) our room had a very bad smell in it. For the price we paid you would think we would have had a microwave or refrigerator in our room but we didn’t. There was a transformer outside our room which made a horribly loud buzzing sound that was both annoying and made it hard to sleep. The buffet for breakfast in the hotel restaurant is sad and expensive. Watery eggs, hard sausage links, frozen waffles and I don’t even know what kind of syrup that was. ... read more

The hotel rooms...The two I have seen because my first one had a shower that would not drain even after the plug came right out are disgusting. I’m sickened I even have to stay the night in this filthy place. Get it together or lower the price to what other low budget hotels charge so I know to find somewhere else next time. I wish I could give negative stars.

Will never use Wyndham anywhere ever again based on the experience of insufficient knowledgeable staff we received . The consistent , endless variety of issues with every departmental personnel was the very worst I have ever experienced of my many extensive travels requiring lodging !!!
