No doubt this was swanky when it was built 40 years ago but not so much now. The entire place needs some serious cleaning, maintenance and updating!

Great rooms. Beds are fantastic. Clean and quite. Ticks all the boxes. The only negative,the previous occupant setting the ALARM CLOCK for 3am. on the other side . The alarms clocks are of a robust and solid construction.I would recommend these to any insomniac.

Just happy I had flip flops with me. Didn't want to walk in carpet. Damp and musty. Staff were nice but everyone in street clothes, you weren't sure who actually worked there.

Dear Pam, thank you for your feedback. We have recently replaced carpet in guest corridors and some guest rooms and will check your room for issues immediately. I have forwarded your note on identifying staff to the department heads but do a weekly Blue Jeans for Charity collection for a different cause each month. We have raised several hundred dollars a month by participating in this but all team members should be wearning buttons to identify their participation and nametags to let you know they are staff of the hotel.

I have yet to stay here, as this was my first visit for a convention... but we had such a great time we're talking about staying next year. It was very clean even with all of the people walking around and booths set up.

The hotel has gone down the drain over the years that I've been staying there checked into my room found soap on the bottom of the door the next morning that we didn't see when we checked in found crumbs or watever it was on there phone system took room service all the way up till bout 6pm ish to come clean the room after i already went down to the front desk to ask 3 different times Saturday when I had even left towls outside the room and left the hanger up for fresh towels even on Friday night when it rained they had a tra... read more
