I told the front desk of a problem. They seemed engaged to fix it. They did not.

We didn't stay, just came to see the cat show, but from the looks of it, it seems like a nice hotel to stay at.

Been waiting 2 hours for a room...front desk people are so rude!!!I CAN'T STAND THIS FLIPPIN HOTEL!!!!

The outside of the building is dirty and they have been dumping cat piss and liter in bushes by door real strong smell from it. Told lady at front desk and didn't seem to be a problem to them. Rooms are not very big thought was getting queen beds and got there to find out they were full size bed bathroom had hole in time and fan didn't work so getting surface mold in some places
