Was there in April for a convention. The food sucks. The bar uses cheap mixers to make you nasty expensive drinks. The staff is rude and all but refused to honor the reserved rate. Best thing about it is the Starbucks inside

Unless you booked after the group cutoff date, I am not clear on the staff not honoring a rate you were quoted and I am hopeful to resolve. We use name brand bar mixers so I am also unclear on this and have not heard this feedback before. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the building is really showing it’s age... the rooms are run down and full of stains, and three people in our group had broken showers in their rooms. The staff did their best, but they don’t have much to work with.

The Hotel staff was awesome, and funny. The Starbucks inside sucked, royally. 3 separate drinks, 3 different times, all were bad. Really, also, for it being $117. Per night I wasn't impressed w the room. No frige, no microwave, was clean tho. No extra rolls of TP. 3 women in a room and no extra tp. The girls at the front desk, they deserve a raise.

We were there for the DOTD convention and didn't spend the night. So from that perspective everything was O.k. Good parking for the event. Ate lunch at their restaurant and that was pretty tasty. The event itself was well organized. We had a good time.
