I thought their SUDDEN banishment of bare skin between shoulders and knees DURING A THREE DAY CONVENTION was a complete bs fold to an unprepared guest of the hotel who doesn’t understand cosplay. It’s a con. Lots of characters have midriffs... educate the ONE guest. Don’t punish the entire convention.

The rooms needed a LOT of help: our water was orange, the shower didn’t drain, and lots more!
I booked a room 8 months in advance. I checked on my room the day before. I was cancelled and moved because I booked through a third party, which is the number on the website. If that’s not a reliable number, it SHOULD NOT BE ON THE WEBSITE! I give 0 shits about anything except, I paid and booked 8 months in advance because, I needed a room where my Tournament was. BEDBUGS. Stayed here last weekend and one of my roommates was bitten by a bedbug. Staff took our clothes to be cleaned in the basement, and ended up drying them on such a high heat that several items of clothing were melted, shrunk, or completely destroyed. We were moved rooms and offered free breakfast for our troubles, when we demanded a complete refund on our stay. For two nights, the ceiling over the back entrance floods. Employees need to know what room types are offered, booked a room that came with 2 free breakfasts, no vouchers given at check in. Did not think much about it but as I was leaving I asked at the front desk and was told to have the restaurant call them if they had any questions ( 2 teenagers were eating) Restaurant wouldn't call so they went to the front desk and he had no clue what they were talking about and were denied.
