Nicolino's should be adequately staffed during conventions like Starbase Indy. They should also have the ability to take cash in the snack room at night, instead of just billing the room. Highly disorganized and unprofessional.

There are newer properties at the same price point within walking distance and better food.

Whenever I visit Indianapolis I always choose to stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and the staff have always been nice. I love the restaurant/Bar. The bartenders and servers are really great and the atmosphere of the bar is fantastic. The rooms are always nice and clean. There’s plenty of parking. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Needs to be renovated.. room musty smelling and the pillows need to go !! Lumpy and hard!
