This hotel has roaches in the kitchen. they re heat food and serve it to the customers Daily. and this is unacceptable

RecommendedVery nice place, rooms and beds are comfortable. The only thing is the rooms don't have a refrigerator (to keep drinks etc) and microwave (to heat up items as coffee etc).
First let me say all staff we encountered did an excellent job! The common area, 24hr market, restaurant and lounge etc were all great, 3 Star HOWEVER: <Of the 3 elevators in the main bank only one was working and a Masonic convention was taking place, it was a packed house <Signage on elevator had incorrect hours the restaurant and lounge <The room was 2 star at best, comfy clean bed but VERY dated, stained carpet, including cigarette burns in a non smoking room, stained ceiling above shower, rust stains around light fixtur... read more
Very nice venue & staff! Looking forward to a great business conference weekend.
AC turned off in the middle of the night and it was 76° when we woke. Rooms are outdated and had a musty smell to it. Was excited to see they had a shuttle to the airport with parking (hence the reason we even booked here). Shuttle there was fine and they made sure to tell us, be there early they leave on the half hour. Upon arrival back to IND we waited for over an hour for the shuttle. The staff.... is AMAZING!!! James was so helpful to me! He works behind the desk checking people in.... he is not a bell hop! But I asked if someone could help me due to 3 back surgeries. He not only helped me once but twice with a heavy, heavy, load! I am very thankful for his help and kindness! Also our waiter Kevin in the restaurant was funny, nice, and a great server! It’s only our first night and I am very impressed !!!!
The water was off for the 1st 8 hours i was there and then somebody pulled the fire alarm and it was on all night and they messed my bill up. the food they served for the conference was not that good. i was totally shocked.
Too many negatives! Bad housekeeping, didnt have anything in the restrooms like kleenex, lotion, etc...got here water got shut off while I was showering, the water in the sink didn't drain, have to hold the lever til toilet flush completely. Room smelled sour when entering. and one of the young ladies at the front desk was rude. Kenisha was polite and apologized for what happened and said they'll try to make it right prior to my check out date.
