We’ve stayed at many hotels in Indianapolis and this was not the best place. We booked two rooms. Our room smelled damp and musty as if someone had smoked in the room. The back of the tv was not broken off but left off after a repair was made to the tv. Our second day, they took our hung up Dirty towels but left no clean towels. The other room did not fair as well. Room air didn't work. Called the desk and they came but couldn't fix it. The TV was old, so PS4 didn't connect to it. And they said it was like that on purpose. Management was rude. Wish the pool was inside. No microwave. Was a fridge, that you had to ask to be brought to your room. Wouldn't stay here again.

My husband is on a business trip in the Indianapolis area. When he tried to check into the hotel, the front desk clerk could not find his room reservation for quite some time and was extremely short with him regarding his reservation. After checking in he was advised to go elsewhere for his meal, as the person he talked to could not recommend the restaurant on the premises.
