My key would not work the first time to get in our room, you had to do it several time before the door unlock.The beds was worn out, you sink in,made noises when you turned. The comforter and pillows smelled musty , they stink!! Our refrigerator did not work!! Milk got sour! Ice machine was taking away the day we arrived on our 4th floor. Had to either go up or down for a bucket of ice.the customer service desk was not friendly at all . I was here for a convention that I have attended for the last three years, and the behavior of many of the staff was completely unacceptable. There are some really great staff people, but many of the management and security personal are extremely rude and unprofessional. I just watched a security guard yelling across the back lobby at a young woman because she questioned the attitude he was giving to another guest. This hotel would not be my choice but it was the location for our convention. Restaurant had limited food and you could only have roast beef today if you liked it. Starbucks like cafe was without muffins and their fruit for 2 of the 4 days. Pricey room service for breakfast. Bedding was not in good shape, hole in sheets.

Went there for the 2018 KISS Indianapolis Expo. It was a great looking hotel.

Front desk staff was rude, room service hung up on me and when I called back 30 mins later was told there was no room service that day. Tried get a cart, but none were ever available. Asked to reserve one since others were holding them in their rooms, but was told no. Should have a better idea where their carts are. The food served in the Hall was unsanitary, cheese and veggie toppings uncovered with a steady stream of people walking by at the KISS Expo. Not to mention the halls smelling of BO and onions. Its a nice spacious place, great for conventions or Expos. Other than limited restrooms, it was perfect....

Great place to have the Kiss expo' s. Enough rooms so we can have plenty of elbow room to enjoy the expo! Merchandise rooms, meet and greets, the question and answers and concert! Kiss expo always rocks, Wyndham is great to the fans that stay overnight as well as the fans that are just there for the day!!

I checked into this hotel around 8 pm. The room was boiling, and I asked the front desk “if I can change my room” they replied, “sorry sir the hotel is fully booked.” I said “fine.” The hotel staff brought me a fan to help me cool down; I turned the lights off. That’s when I felt some bugs crawling on my legs and the wall. I call down to the front desk again, and somehow they had a room available. For anyone else who wants to stay at this hotel, I hope you bring your bug spray.
