I had a BLAST!!!!! Cannot Wait for Chicago & to go Back to Indy next year!!!!!
Hotel environment was wonderful. The staff was not. Be mindful of the billing and the desk people handling it. Charged us an additional night that we didn't stay for and placed a deposit hold that was never mentioned prior to asking what the additional charge was. When we asked for our refund for the additional night they said our bank would just have to fix it.

I didn't stay in a room but the restaurant was not that good. Service bad and the food was ok to eat. A server did get my drink wrong too.
I was only there for the " Days of the dead " convention. Seems like a good hotel.
