I've read reviews and yes, it is dated, but the room was clean,everything worked and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel check in staff was very friendly and helpful to us. Would stay again

People in the parking lot begging for money. Not a safe place to stay. Also they didn't honor the discount that was on the Web site. And no breakfast. Every place we have stayed with Wyndham has had breakfast. Guess they are to cheap in Indianapolis. Want stay there again

Mark, I have searched for your reservation date to better isolate a timeframe for this issue but have not found your name in our records in the past year. As the hotel manager, I am well aware of our diligence in maintaining a safe environment for our guests and associates. As a public facility, occasional issues in the parking lot are quickly addressed with our 24 hour shuttle and security teams patrolling the lot. Again, we are sorry to hear that we do not meet your hotel or dining needs.

Our home had water damage so me and my husband had 2 leave for thw night i dont trust hotels and was scared of what might happen being away from our home.he found the hotel which he knew would keep me from stressin the front dest was very helpful friendly and caring once we got 2 our suit the room was outstandingly clean bed was made as well as comfortable and a very nice size my husband stands 6'3 and we was worried he would hang off at the ends but didnt lol bathrooms was clean we had all we needed for the night stay we lo... read more

After spending 5 hours stuck on I65 S early Saturday morning, we finally made it to Indianapolis from Chicago in roughly 9 hours. The staff were so helpful and accommodating! We were in the middle of moving to Virginia and had our puppy with us, so to say that the start to our drive was stressful was an understatement. We called to see what could be done to help us around 4am Saturday morning and finally arrived around 7am. So this is the first time at your hotel. I am visiting for a trade show and I have to say I will never stay here again. The customer service that I received was the worst experience. I have been to many hotels this past year and by far I have never experienced this. The Customer service Reps at the front desk were not happy to work. I FELT as if I was bothering them. I even had to ask them how to get to my room and both reps were snippy when talking to them I am writing on this because I wanted someone to know about this. I ... read more

The heating system was portable on a trailer in the parking lot. The paint was peeling off the front of the hotel. I was not impressed at all.

Dear Kevin, We currently have a temporary chiller connected to the building as we are in the midst of a multi-million HVAC upgrade. This has nothing to do with our Heating system. We are addressing other repairs with upgrades and renovations scheduled in the coming weeks and into 2017. We hope to have another chance to gain your confidence.

Watching the management operate is like watching a monkey trying to have sex with a football. "Unorganized and going no where". The employees seem to be friendly and always willing to help.
