God awful place. No vending on our floor, HUGE crack in the window. No internet. No fridge or microwave. The price you pay for this place is disgusting for what you get. motel 6 would probably out rank this place.
This place is a shit hole I could have went to a motel 6 and got a microwave and a refrigerator for a cheaper price and motel 6 leaves the light on !!!!!!!!!!!!
Hotel wasn't so terrible- fairly cozy...Except for the bed bugs that I found in my bed - and the one on the wall corner near the adjoining room door. I guess that was pretty terrible. At least the manager moved us right away. Now all I have to deal with is the crippling paranoia. Oh and the fire alarm going off from midnight until 2am causing an evacuation. There are not any mini refrigerators, microwaves, swimming, and expensive
The staff, as a whole, are very unfriendly. There is a mysterious wet spot in the hallway. Not nearly enough luggage carts. Unable to control the temp in the room. Parking spaces are limited!
I enjoy my stay everytime I am here. The rooms are spacious and the staff do their best to accommodate me to my satisfaction. I did have a minor issue with the water pressure in my shower but understand there are a lot of rooms to get water to. Thanks for all you do while I am staying with you.
This was our first visit to this hotel and it will be our last. I'd rather sleep in my car. The heat in the rooms was sketchy at best. One conference/meeting room was miserably hot, another freezing. The elevator closest to our room didn't work the first two days of our stay. The floor we were on was getting new furniture in some rooms, so the old furniture is filling the hall at all hours.
