I was extremely disappointed in this Wyndham property. There are too many other good options nearby - I would not ever choose this one again. We did not have hot water for one day of our stay. I was charged for a refrigerator (which I did not order nor receive) and a crib (which I was told at booking was complimentary). The staff was less than welcoming. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The food was terrible and mattresses were very uncomfortable.
Air conditioning to darn cold in March and October during Indiana Moose convention
The only minor gripe I have with the Wyndham is the elevators, mainly the height of the buttons in the elevator. I'm in a wheelchair. Although, it was not overly difficult for me to reach the buttons for the higher floors. I think they need update the elevators for the 21st century, and make them ADA compliant.
Lovely service. Rooms were good and clean. Quiet!!
