Great place to stay a weekend. . Stayed there for a convention and I just love Indianapolis
It is such an awesome place to stay. I stay often on business. Great service, friendly staff, excellent accommodations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Management treated us terribly during investigation of an incident at the hotel. They continued to harass us and threaten us for the next two days. When an employee of the hotel later had words with my friend over a completely unrelated difference of opinion they then decided to kick us out with no stated reason. The hotel overbooked the convention we attended causing issues for a lot of people. The general manager overpoliced the smoking policy by forcing people 20-50 feet away from the doors and seriously needs some manage... read more
Ugh! No air for 3 days in the entire hotel. Conference rooms are incredibly warm. Room temp will not go below 73 (and it's humid) even though it's been on 50 for two days. And to top it off tonight the entire hall smells like smoke/pot. I could see how it would be "decent" but seriously, NO AIR????
