They was good but they don't clean the bedroom when we came back

I made my reservation at the last minute and had a wonderful time. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and would love to stay again. The only down side was didn't have military discount.

Room was small. No amenities. Just a coffee maker and TV. Air conditioning in private bar was dripping water on the floor and the floor tile was buckling. Half the urinals in the public restroom were out of order. Needed to wear a sweater in the conference rooms though it was 85 degrees outside. Rate, food, wine, and taxes were all very high, especially for a midwest town. (It's not Chicago). Extremely over priced for what you get. I have stayed at nicer Holiday Inns.
We booked our room months ago only to get here to have them tell us that the room was "uninhabitable" because the air didn't work & the shower leaked. Instead of offering an upgraded for the inconvenience they downgraded our room & we had to go down to the front desk & ask for a daybed for the ten year old with us just to be told that it wouldn't fit in the room!! Worthless management cancelling reservations right and left. Take my advice... Dont Bother
Too many things were wrong with it like drain and electrical outlets. No respect from the employees and their account department must be ran by kindergarteners.
