Just had a humidifier put on our furnace to help with our dry, itchy skin. Jim was great! Can't wait to feel the difference in our home. Western Heating and Air is the best!

The technicians/installers Ryan Y and Ryan S are outstanding, During the time of installation, they were courteous, friendly, respectful and their workmanship is outstanding. We are very pleased with their service and workmanship.
Today Jeremy came to our home and performed a tune up service on our furnaces. This is the second time he as helped us. Both times we found him to be very personable, positive, and willing to answer any questions. He is very knowledgeable and we have complete confidence in his work!
I scheduled my appt with Western through Bree. She was very friendly and helpful. She even called me later and told me there had been a cancellation and would I like to move my appt ahead. When Chester came to perform the furnace tune up, he gave me a card identifying himself and his company. He explained everything he was going to do and estimated the approximate amount of time it would take. Our heating and AC untis work at top efficiency now due to a qualified technician! He even cleaned off all the built up debri !! We felt like we were treated fairly and he was very thorough in his service, which is what need and paid for. Thanks Jeremy!
