Jeremy was fast friendly and got our heater working well. I am very pleased with his service and the others who work for western Heating and AC
I was amazed at the quality of the work that was done on my furnace and the honesty and integrity that my servicemen had. They respected my home by covering their shoes. They did such a great job and when it came to a diagnosis They went out of their way to check and make sure that my parts were under warranty and then get me the best price for my repair. I would shout from the top of my roof top to use Western Heating. They were amazing! Plus they liked my dog. :)
My furnace was replaced by Western and what impressed me most was a "helpful" sales rep in Sharee / a fair quote / and topped off with an outstanding professional in Jim. Jim arrived early and by himself he installed our new furnace in less than 5 hours...every other quote involved 2 techs and 8 hrs...padding the bill. Kudos to Jim for an excellent job, cleaning up quite a mess, and leaving our home nice and warm on a very cold weekend! We've worked with them for years. All of the professionals have been wonderful.
All I can say is that this is a great company, and it's employees and customer service is amazing. It was less than 48 hours from the time of my first call to having a new furnace installed. That's unheard of, and the price was over a thousand dollars less than any of the other quotes I got from other companies. I was very pleased with Mike M. and the work that he did. He was very professional. I made an appointment for 12:30 and he was there just shortly after. It was not like most companies that give you a 4 hour time window. He explained everything to me and told me what he was going to do and then afterwards gave me some suggestions on things I could do to improve my AC. Mike arrived exactly when he was scheduled which I greatly appreciate. He was very thorough in checking our furnace before we fired it up for the first time this season. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and represented Western very well. I was happy to find out that the system was perfectly operational and that no repairs would be necessary. Just had Jeremy here for my semi-yearly service. very professional, took time to explain things and tell me what to do. have used this company for several years and had no complaints. nothing but good experiences.
Jim installed a humidifer in our home and did an excellent job of servicing the furnace to updated and safety standards. Thank you WEstern and Jim for an excellent job.
