Jeremy came and serviced our 2 air conditioners and did a great job . He was very pleasant and didn't mine crawling in the attic when it was so hot. Went over the thing that needed attention and explained how things worked. I appreciated the fact that He was very kind to my disabled son and made him feel at ease while he was there. Jim & Nancy Butterfield Last year when our air conditioner quit working we called WesternHeating and AC. We were happy because they were able to give us a temporary fix which lasted a whole year. This year it went out again and they gave us a temporary fix until they had time to replace the copper coils with aluminum coils. Jeremy did a fantastic job on checking out our air conditioner to ensure it operated properly this summer. He was thorough in his evaluation , advising us our compressor is getting older and could use a device that would ensure it would last longer. We had him install this device, a sort of 'kick starter" that helps the compressor meet the demands of performing efficiently. He was very helpful in explaining what this system would do. We were having trouble with our furnace and fortunately Western Heating and Air Conditioning was able to come out on a Saturday within two hours of our call. Derek showed up about 10 minutes before the appointment time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was wrong, and had all of the parts in the van to make the repairs. We would recommend Western Heating and Air Conditioning and will definitely be using the next time we need either heating or air conditioning service.
